Zé Paulo Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Gabino having to interfere. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BICHO neuquino the free kick. The supporters of BICHO neuquino booed when Jacuitiba - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriano Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 17 minutes, Dieguinho Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dieguinho Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. But to his dismay, David Orti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 27 minutes into the match, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when David Orti came free, but Claudinho Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-2 became the score in the 29th minute when Luciano Abel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Orti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

BICHO neuquino made a substitution. Jorge Lidon replaced Danilo Policarpio. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dieguinho Magalhães to strike the kick off in the second half. Claudinho Medeiros had in the 57thth minute some difficulties stopping Luciano Abel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 63 minutes of play, BICHO neuquino's Elpidio Raebert made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudinho Medeiros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aldo Etxatxu hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Claudinho Medeiros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Jacuitiba - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. The supporters of BICHO neuquino booed when Jacuitiba - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulinho Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. BICHO neuquino made a substitution. Laureano Panpili replaced Elpidio Raebert. In the 81st match minute, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulinho Pinho to maneuver through the defense. Allan Leme hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Claudinho Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Orti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinho Medeiros was out of position in the 99 minute of play, and Laureano Panpili capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Laureano Panpili really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. When the match was over BICHO neuquino could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Jacuitiba - FSCMZ throughout the match.
