Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Chile's Mariano Lacasa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard Textex read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tonete in the 5th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tonete's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Antonio Perrando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tonete in the 9th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richard Textex showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antonio Perrando was slow to take the kick. During this time Newpi Academy's players had a chance to rest. After 18th play minutes Alberto Tonete shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Thiago Pliego and just under the crossbar into goal. The corner ended in Eulalio Otsando almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chile's Thiago Pliego did a great save. 26 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Newpi Academy's Richard Textex. Richard Textex was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Richard Textex having to make a save. Richard Textex showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Alberto Tonete had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tonete was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 40 minutes into the game, Antonio Perrando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Thiago Pliego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Newpi Academy's zone, Orlando Casaus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Textex came out of the goal and Orlando Casaus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of Newpi Academy booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Indiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the game, Newpi Academy's Antonio Perrando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. 57 minutes into the match, Newpi Academy's goalkeeper Richard Textex had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tonete in the 59th minute of play. When Newpi Academy's Alberto Tonete in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. In the 61stth minute of the game Alberto Tonete who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tonete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cornelio Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 69 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Perrando. 79 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tonete came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tonete, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Richard Textex made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 83rd minute. Newpi Academy's Richard Textex played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 85th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Richard Textex in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After recieving a nice pass, Chile's Mariano Lacasa tried to score from far away in the 91st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 92nd match minute, Newpi Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Tonete to maneuver through the defense. Chile's attentive Alan Tamayo managed to snatch the ball when Nereo Jakes made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. In the 95th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Casaus to maneuver through the defense.
