In the 17th minute of the match Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ® got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Horácio Couto ran over to the corner to take the kick. Horácio Couto made a great header on Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s corner, it was just that Mexico's Dante Lacasa managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Joel Gaona hit a great ball. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dolfo Burgo having to interfere. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Benjamim Maia sped through Mexico's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Zhou Hong Jie scored to the left of an out of position Dante Lacasa, making the score, 2-0. 36 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flóki Factor. With his leg Dante Lacasa managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s Zhou Hong Jie fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 40 minutes into the match, Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Dolfo Burgo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dolfo Burgo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s Dolfo Burgo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ® from getting a goal against them. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dolfo Burgo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 61st minute of the match. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 90th minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dolfo Burgo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Onurhan in the 95th minute of play. The Mexico players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ® from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
