In the 25th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Demario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Jurdan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of play forced Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s goalkeeper Cirilo Demario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Demario having to interfere. Cirilo Demario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Chuscha FC - Ψ - made a substitution. Abelardo Katia replaced Lisandro Jerrold. 84 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cirilo Demario narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Teobaldo Osoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. The Chuscha FC - Ψ - support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
