Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hjalmar Pettersson in the 23rd minute of play. Özbek Heper's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Dante Lacasa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hjalmar Pettersson in the 45th minute of play. Dedé Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ made a substitution. Izydor Smolak replaced Galip Kutalmış. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hjalmar Pettersson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hjalmar Pettersson took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. The YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dedé Alves should have stopped the shot. YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ made a substitution. Nebi Akkaynak replaced Ramiro Teles. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
