Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Omar Maju started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Omar Maju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, Omar Maju ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Miguel Diagur kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Victorio Lehior hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Diagur got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Miguel Diagur tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pastor Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Maju in the 29th minute of play. Miguel Diagur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Pastor Valery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. When Hector Berdoi fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capdevilla's protests and gave Hector Berdoi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Capdevilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Berdoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 37 minutes, Patricio Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Capdevilla players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Diagur in the 38th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Adolfo Dolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pastor Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Capdevilla's Carolo Christobal was substituted for Filomeno Hitz. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55thth minute of the game Omar Maju who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 60 minutes, Miguel Diagur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capdevilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Diagur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 61 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. In the 63rd minute, Miguel Diagur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. A throw-in in the 67th minute of the game was made by Rodrigo Evis with Carolo Christobal as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Diagur in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 76 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Diagur came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 minutes, Miguel Diagur made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 87th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Capdevilla's Pastor Valery proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Capdevilla from getting a goal against them. A sloppy throw-in by Salvador Gisbert in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Capdevilla's Rodrigo Evis.
