The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 6th minute, AC Batán's Acácio Nogueira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marco Day. Marco Day yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ni Le Zheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute, Monty Rogers made a precise shot to the right of Ni Le Zheng. AC Batán's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 25th minute, Cassius Byrne ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ni Le Zheng was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Ni Le Zheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Acácio Nogueira might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Acácio Nogueira ran back to his position shaking his head. 70 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Acácio Nogueira came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, AC Batán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Martinez to maneuver through the defense. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Ni Le Zheng made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Sam Campbell sent off a good shot on target. USA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
