An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Abaunza in the 7th minute of play forced Mount Pleasant FC's goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes in the game, Gaudencio Abaunza fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aaron Ramsdal having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Mount Pleasant FC's goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delmiro Gebler. In the 11th minute of the match, Elvio Txartiko got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aaron Ramsdal was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Dunder Mifflin booed when Mount Pleasant FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ollie Norwood didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Gaudencio Abaunza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aaron Ramsdal was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Ollie Norwood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Quintan having to interfere. If Ollie Norwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelio Quintan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ollie Norwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After a rather tough play, Mount Pleasant FC's Benney Howie got a free kick in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Mount Pleasant FC's goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isac Stoiciu. In the 31st minute, Ollie Norwood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaudencio Abaunza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaudencio Abaunza charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaudencio Abaunza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd minute, Gaudencio Abaunza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dunder Mifflin's goalkeeper Aurelio Quintan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mount Pleasant FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dale Clack in the 38th minute. Dunder Mifflin's Rudolf Lück suffered a concussion in the 38th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Ollie Norwood's late challenge caught a Dunder Mifflin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ollie Norwood helped the player get up and apologised. After 40 played minutes Mount Pleasant FC got a freekick which was hit by Ollie Norwood. After 47 minutes, Gaudencio Abaunza made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mount Pleasant FC's Aaron Ramsdal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
The wind increased when Ollie Norwood made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Mount Pleasant FC booed when Dunder Mifflin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isac Stoiciu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute Gaudencio Abaunza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Ramsdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th match minute, Dunder Mifflin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charly Batista to maneuver through the defense. Aurelio Quintan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dale Clack. A collision led to Dunder Mifflin getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Rafael Aragones hit a great ball. In the 69th minute, Ollie Norwood ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurelio Quintan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Aaron Ramsdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmiro Gebler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led to Dunder Mifflin's Yngve Pihl getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Mount Pleasant FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Abaunza came free, but Aaron Ramsdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dunder Mifflin were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Mount Pleasant FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Isac Stoiciu took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Amador Enetz heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Hürkan Kural received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Aaron Ramsdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 85 minutes, Gaudencio Abaunza made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Mount Pleasant FC's Aaron Ramsdal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Mount Pleasant FC's goal looked a bit too open when Delmiro Gebler came free, but Aaron Ramsdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurelio Quintan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ollie Norwood, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmiro Gebler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aaron Ramsdal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Aurelio Quintan was a little too slow when Ollie Norwood got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 2-2.
