Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aurelio Quintan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Delmiro Gebler in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Gaudencio Abaunza struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dunder Mifflin. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaudencio Abaunza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaudencio Abaunza's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the game, Amador Enetz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dunder Mifflin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dunder Mifflin! Tomas Illescas placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Gaudencio Abaunza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Gaudencio Abaunza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Gebler in the 62nd minute of play. Dunder Mifflin's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Isac Stoiciu in the 64th minute. Isac Stoiciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Isac Stoiciu who took care of the corner kick. Tomas Illescas in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aurelio Quintan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 75th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurelio Quintan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The corner ended in Isac Stoiciu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Aurelio Quintan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. In the 84th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Abaunza in the 88th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Dunder Mifflin's Isac Stoiciu to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Gaudencio Abaunza came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Dunder Mifflin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaudencio Abaunza couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes in the game Amador Enetz did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Delmiro Gebler. Rudolf Lück charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rudolf Lück the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Dunder Mifflin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolf Lück didn't get a good kick on the ball. Although Dunder Mifflin had been in control for most of the match, Venezuela still came away with the win.
