An unexpectedly hard shot by Rohan Watson in the 7th minute of play forced Joinville City - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Haji Sarap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horácio Abraão in the 11th minute of play forced Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Jax Williamson threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Horácio Abraão, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Canada getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Eric Hill hit a great ball. Haji Sarap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter George in the 23rd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Koby Wright got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Haji Sarap quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 26 played minutes Joinville City - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Drew Zaelani. Koby Wright took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Haji Sarap. Joinville City - FSCMZ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luka Harris succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 43rd minute Rohan Watson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haji Sarap saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Canada booed when Joinville City - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovanildo Luis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rohan Watson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haji Sarap having to interfere.

After 50 played minutes Joinville City - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Geovanildo Luis. Haji Sarap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rohan Watson in the 60th minute of the match. Canada's Prince Anderson was substituted for Carter George. 76 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Haji Sarap had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luka Harris. Canada's Jax Williamson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldinho Gaucho in the 77th minute of play. Joinville City - FSCMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Filip Edwards scored to the left of an out of position Haji Sarap, making the score, 0-3. The audience was convinced that Theo Burton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Haji Sarap was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Canada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jan Dixon in the 89th minute. The corner ended in Luka Harris almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Joinville City - FSCMZ's Haji Sarap did a great save. Filip Edwards had several of the Joinville City - FSCMZ's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 92 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Haji Sarap as he didn't even see the shot coming. Haji Sarap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prince Anderson in the 95th minute of the match.
