Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Cyprian Oliszewski started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Kan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Kosakowski in the 4th minute of play. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oliver Kan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 15th minute Cyprian Oliszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Kosakowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jaroslaw Maurycy showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Virgil van Dijk in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Anthony Alvarado. Oliver Kan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Anthony Alvarado quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Virgil van Dijk, made in the 31st minute of the game. In the 41st minute Jaroslaw Maurycy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, Gică Bogdan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and Gică Bogdan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Oliver Kan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 46th minute. The corner ended in Luz Tejedor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ORIZABA F.C.'s Oliver Kan did a great save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Cyprian Oliszewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprian Oliszewski in the 53rd minute of play. If Eliseo Mina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Peru booed when ORIZABA F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgil van Dijk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind ORIZABA F.C.'s goalkeeper Oliver Kan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Oliver Kan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 62nd minute of the match. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyprian Oliszewski in the 63rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 66th minute of play forced ORIZABA F.C.'s goalkeeper Oliver Kan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliver Kan had in the 71stth minute some difficulties stopping Luz Tejedor's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 74th minute of the match, Milagros Fraga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Oliver Kan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 74 minutes into the game, Milagros Fraga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Oliver Kan. Milagros Fraga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprian Oliszewski in the 77th minute of play. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. In the 91st minute, Milagros Fraga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Kosakowski came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Peru's Milagros Fraga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oliver Kan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oliver Kan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Alcocer in the 98th minute of play. Peru's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
