Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cassius Byrne started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute of the match Cassius Byrne shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osvaldinho Moreno showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 9th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Moore to maneuver through the defense. When Facopo FBPA's Zhivko Húntev in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. Osvaldinho Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Osvaldinho Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Mcdonald in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osvaldinho Moreno saved Facopo FBPA from getting behind. In the 28th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldinho Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldinho Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldinho Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Facopo FBPA's Osvaldinho Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 43rd minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Xuaco Fias kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Osvaldinho Moreno made a huge save. Facopo FBPA's Osvaldinho Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 66th minute of play. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Dalmo Motta hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When Monty Rogers came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Monty Rogers couldn't finish the play. In the 80th minute Zhivko Húntev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Facopo FBPA getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Hori Galli hit a great ball. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. After 91 played minutes Facopo FBPA got a freekick which was hit by Hori Galli.
