Dionisio Figueres came out of the goal and Luca Espinar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raúl Gasso in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Real Armal F.C.'s Dionisio Figueres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 14th minute of play. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Figueres having to interfere. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Dionisio Figueres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Luca Espinar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eder Mangas. Real Armal F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Gasso in the 29th minute of play. After 35 minutes of play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Figueres was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute, Milagros Cabal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute of the match Máximo Maestro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro skillfully saved the ball. Eder Mangas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 minutes, Edmundo Espiga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the Real Armal F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Real Armal F.C. booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Espiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raúl Gasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Real Armal F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cordairo Garay.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raúl Gasso to make the kick off. Dionisio Figueres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luca Espinar went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Dionisio Figueres successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Real Armal F.C. getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Cordairo Garay hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 70th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dionisio Figueres but with some difficulty. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Armal F.C.'s Dionisio Figueres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Dionisio Figueres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luca Espinar got free with Dionisio Figueres in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Honduras booed when Real Armal F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adán Palacios didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A throw-in in the 87th minute of the game was made by Sigfrido Teruel with Eder Mangas as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. Honduras's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
