Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) A hard shot 8 in the game by Camilo Sexto from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Don Malbec's Ramon Nafarroa got a free kick in the 11th minute. Emilian Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Camilo Sexto in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Emilian Martinez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Don Malbec's Ramon Nafarroa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 22nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jonathan Ferrant but with some difficulty. Camilo Sexto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. 29 minutes into the match, Don Malbec's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Emilian Martinez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 played minutes Don Malbec got a freekick which was hit by Felix Nahia. Emilian Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After a rather tough play, Don Malbec's Ramon Nafarroa got a free kick in the 91st minute. A collision led to Don Malbec getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Alfonso Retes hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Don Malbec fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
