Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ole-Gunnar Klose got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 6 minutes, Tomas Illescas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Darkness players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ole-Gunnar Klose kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Darkness fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! Tomas Illescas shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After 15 minutes, Patricio Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Darkness players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Darkness booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serafino Bazil in the 23rd minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Venezuela's goalie and right to Kane Einstein. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Venezuela's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 27th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Magdaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Ole-Gunnar Klose reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 1-0. Kane Einstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Bruno Magdaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 32nd minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Darkness's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Bruno Magdaleno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Hori charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodolfo Hori the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodolfo Hori hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Ole-Gunnar Klose hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Kane Einstein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Magdaleno made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Nicolas Orland hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Darkness had played much better football throughout.
