Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dario Bingen made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Guillermo Fontirroig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Calvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 4th minute. After taking down the ball on Chile's corner Mariano Lacasa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Denis Calvino quite easily take care of the ball. In the 5th match minute, Atlético Villa Gesell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Sal to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute, Guillermo Fontirroig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denis Calvino was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Atlético Villa Gesell's Denis Calvino. Denis Calvino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hipolito Feliu in the 16th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denis Calvino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Ixidor in the 36th minute of play. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denis Calvino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atlético Villa Gesell! Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Lacasa in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Calvino saved Atlético Villa Gesell from getting behind. Denis Calvino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orlando Casaus went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Lacasa to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Denis Calvino, 0-6. Denis Calvino made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. Mariano Lacasa had several of the Atlético Villa Gesell's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 60 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-7 score and a disappointed Denis Calvino as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 63rd minute Dario Bingen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Bingen in the 65th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Denis Calvino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Denis Calvino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 68th minute of play. Atlético Villa Gesell's Denis Calvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Casaus in the 71st minute of play. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Denis Calvino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Chile's Mariano Lacasa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Denis Calvino. That made the score 0-8 after 75 minutes of play. Atlético Villa Gesell made a substitution. Maximino Peyo replaced Gaston Jerardo. 83 minutes in the game Cornelio Ixidor did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Dario Bingen. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denis Calvino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Denis Calvino in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Casaus to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Atlético Villa Gesell booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Casaus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute Hipolito Feliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denis Calvino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chile had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
