In the 20th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Guilherme Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 23rd minute of play. Guilherme Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 27th minute of play forced Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Guilherme Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 played minutes Racing Miami Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Nathanial Coppack. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chance Adams, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute.
