Ronaldão dos Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Al Towatan's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Quebra Ossos FC's Ronaldão dos Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esam Al Hashash in the 16th minute of play. Sílvio Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Quebra Ossos FC booed when Golden Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qutaiba Al Ateqi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Ali Al Towatan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ronaldão dos Santos was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Al Towatan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mortada Al Ansari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Marinho in the 55th minute of the match. Mortada Al Ansari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betão Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 played minutes Golden Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Sayer Al Besher. In the 63rd match minute, Golden Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basem Al Baghli to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quebra Ossos FC's goalkeeper Ronaldão dos Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Golden Tigers booed when Quebra Ossos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murillo Pombal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Betão Marinho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mortada Al Ansari. Golden Tigers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Betão Marinho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. When Golden Tigers's Esam Al Hashash, in the 88th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Golden Tigers. Quebra Ossos FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Golden Tigers for a fine match.
