A collision led to Ocean´s Eleven getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ingvar Hjortsberg hit a great ball. Aaron De Ceuster hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Ocean´s Eleven's Thomas Nässén shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 11th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Herald Wouqier but with some difficulty. Herald Wouqier made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Kjell-Arne Sandell sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th minute, Thomas Nässén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Douglas Gijselinckx sped through Ocean´s Eleven's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andreas Viberg. After 19 played minutes Geetsvondel² got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Gijselinckx. Douglas Gijselinckx hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ingvar Hjortsberg charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ingvar Hjortsberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th match minute, Geetsvondel² was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron De Ceuster to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute of the match Thomas Nässén shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herald Wouqier showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Nässén in the 31st minute of play forced Geetsvondel²'s goalkeeper Herald Wouqier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Geetsvondel² booed when Ocean´s Eleven was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Hjortsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herald Wouqier was a little too slow when Thomas Nässén got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 1-1. Jonathan Goossens kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Ocean´s Eleven's Ingemar Sigman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Herald Wouqier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Douglas Wirinckx made a kick off. After having played for 56 minutes, Kjell-Arne Sandell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ocean´s Eleven's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell-Arne Sandell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Douglas Wirinckx got free with Andreas Viberg in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Geetsvondel²'s Frank De Mol slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andreas Viberg. That made the score 3-2 after 68 minutes of play. In the 74th minute, Ingemar Sigman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ocean´s Eleven fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. In the 77thth minute of the game Kjell-Arne Sandell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Geetsvondel²'s Herald Wouqier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Herald Wouqier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Nässén, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The audience was convinced that Thomas Nässén's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herald Wouqier was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Herald Wouqier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Nässén in the 85th minute of the match. When Seppe Gyselinck fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Geetsvondel²'s protests and gave Seppe Gyselinck a yellow card for diving instead. Ocean´s Eleven made a substitution. Edvard Arhenius replaced Kevin Julin. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 87th minute of the game. One of Geetsvondel²:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ocean´s Eleven:s goal. If Edvard Arhenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ocean´s Eleven had played much better football throughout.
