Kiko Martins who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Herald Wouqier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jonathan Goossens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frank De Mol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elói Medeiros having to interfere. Elói Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christiaan Caes, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th match minute, Galo na Veia FC™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lyanco Militão to maneuver through the defense. Simon Van den Berghe hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 40 minutes, Gunther Van Landewijck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Geetsvondel² and the Galo na Veia FC™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunther Van Landewijck in the 42nd minute of play forced Galo na Veia FC™'s goalkeeper Elói Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Rodriguinho Cabral struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Herald Wouqier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galo na Veia FC™. 58 minutes into the match, Galo na Veia FC™'s goalkeeper Elói Medeiros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christiaan Caes. Geetsvondel²'s Herald Wouqier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiko Martins in the 88th minute of play. When Christiaan Caes fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Geetsvondel²'s protests and gave Christiaan Caes a yellow card for diving instead. After 88 played minutes Geetsvondel² got a freekick which was hit by Christiaan Caes. After 89 played minutes, Galo na Veia FC™'s Alberto Negri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Herald Wouqier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galo na Veia FC™ reached it. Jeremias Lago charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeremias Lago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Galo na Veia FC™ getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jeremias Lago hit a great ball. In the 94thth minute of the game Yuri Queiroz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Geetsvondel²'s Herald Wouqier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Geetsvondel² were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
