The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Søren Skålevik made a precise shot to the right of Richard Breckenfeld. Quebra Ossos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Quebra Ossos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Søren Skålevik came free, but Richard Breckenfeld reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Alf Eik put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Richard Breckenfeld. Elói Branco charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elói Branco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Aírton Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Quebra Ossos FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Aírton Queirós hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aírton Queirós in the 17th minute of play forced FC Pladask's goalkeeper Douglas Fowler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nils-Johan Hagberg kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute of the match Téo Fonseca shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Douglas Fowler showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 22nd match minute, FC Pladask was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Stordal to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Quebra Ossos FC's Douglas Fowler threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elói Branco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Douglas Fowler made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Gugu Saldanha sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute, Alf Eik made a precise shot to the right of Richard Breckenfeld. Quebra Ossos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Richard Breckenfeld came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Pladask's Alf Eik. But to his dismay, Alf Eik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Richard Breckenfeld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Kenneth Øglænd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 played minutes FC Pladask got a freekick which was hit by Morten Lauten. After 46 played minutes FC Pladask got a freekick which was hit by Morten Lauten. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alf Eik to make the kick off. If Jan-Kenneth Øglænd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Morten Lauten during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Quebra Ossos FC booed when FC Pladask was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morten Lauten didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alf Eiks short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Richard Breckenfeld to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Richard Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Søren Skålevik in the 71st minute of the match. FC Pladask made a substitution. Alf Eik really showed his touch with that goal: 1-8. 90 minutes into the match, Kristen Sollien notched a goal, 1-9, to the right of Quebra Ossos FC's Richard Breckenfeld. Richard Breckenfeld was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Pladask played a much better game than Quebra Ossos FC and deserved their victory. The Quebra Ossos FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
