When Alvaro Borel came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Dexter Morgan VR46 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Borel couldn't finish the play. Kenneth van der Leegte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Borel in the 13th minute of the match. A collision led to SV Wissenkerke getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Marco Hofland hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Franco Bobbio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SV Wissenkerke's Kenneth van der Leegte. The SV Wissenkerke fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenneth van der Leegte should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Dexter Morgan VR46's goal looked a bit too open when Izaak Kluivert came free, but Beppe Pozzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Beppe Pozzo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stef Mol to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, SV Wissenkerke's Frits van Loo got a free kick in the 57th minute. Kenneth van der Leegte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Borel in the 94th minute of play. The SV Wissenkerke fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dexter Morgan VR46 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
