A collision led to Geetsvondel² getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Seppe Gyselinck hit a great ball. Herald Wouqier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Borel, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 7thth minute of the game Gunther Van Landewijck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dexter Morgan VR46's Beppe Pozzo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frank Sammartino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th match minute, Geetsvondel² was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jef Vanden Bussche to maneuver through the defense. After 12 played minutes Dexter Morgan VR46 got a freekick which was hit by Dave Spinosa. Herald Wouqier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Borel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Douglas Gijselinckx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Herald Wouqier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Borel in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of Dexter Morgan VR46 booed when Geetsvondel² was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunther Van Landewijck didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th match minute, Geetsvondel² was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christiaan Caes to maneuver through the defense. Herald Wouqier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Borel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aaron De Ceuster kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Dexter Morgan VR46's Fortunato Brandolini broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 35th minute Franco Bobbio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herald Wouqier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dexter Morgan VR46's Ermanno Lucidi got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gunther Van Landewijcks short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Beppe Pozzo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 45th match minute, Dexter Morgan VR46 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermanno Lucidi to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gunther Van Landewijck to strike the kick off in the second half. Concetto Domina kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Dexter Morgan VR46's zone, Gunther Van Landewijck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beppe Pozzo came out of the goal and Gunther Van Landewijck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Borel in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Herald Wouqier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Douglas Gijselinckx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christiaan Caes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 68th play minutes Douglas Gijselinckx shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Beppe Pozzo and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Flavio Miranda put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Herald Wouqier. 79 minutes into the match, Geetsvondel²'s goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Borel came free, but Herald Wouqier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christiaan Caes's late challenge caught a Dexter Morgan VR46's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christiaan Caes helped the player get up and apologised. After 79 played minutes Geetsvondel² got a freekick which was hit by Christiaan Caes. Ermanno Lucidi kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes, Geetsvondel²'s Jef Vanden Bussche shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Beppe Pozzo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Geetsvondel² reached it. In the 89thth minute of the game Gunther Van Landewijck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dexter Morgan VR46's Beppe Pozzo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frank Sammartino hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Geetsvondel² had won after a very even match.
