Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tio Cabezon kicked off to start the match. Douglas Fowler made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Tio Cabezon sent off a good shot on target. Estebano Vuelta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Douglas Fowler when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Douglas Fowler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Puyol in the 32nd minute of play. Ciruel Academy's Pedro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Søren Skålevik in the 33rd minute of play. After 36 minutes, José Puyol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ciruel Academy and the FC Pladask players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute Alf Eik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Tio Cabezon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciruel Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Tio Cabezon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Fowler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alf Eik to make the kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Ciruel Academy's Tio Cabezon made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Douglas Fowler was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice moves Alf Eik could shoot a difficult shot in the 55th minute, which Pedro Navarro however easily saved by the left post. After some careless play in the Ciruel Academy defense, Alf Eik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Navarro. The Ciruel Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Navarro should have stopped the shot. Ciruel Academy's Bartolomé Sabina was substituted for Thomas Morera. Douglas Fowler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tio Cabezon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th match minute, FC Pladask was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Bratli to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute Estebano Vuelta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Fowler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Douglas Fowler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolomé Sabina, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Pedro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alf Eik went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. FC Pladask's Tord Kaur was substituted for Erik Bratli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rufo Azofra in the 83rd minute of play forced FC Pladask's goalkeeper Douglas Fowler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Pladask booed when Ciruel Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Puyol didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Bartolomé Sabina notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of FC Pladask's Douglas Fowler. Douglas Fowler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 95 minutes into the game, Ciruel Academy's Bartolomé Sabina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Douglas Fowler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Ciruel Academy were victorious despite being under pressure from FC Pladask for much of the match.
