In the 11thth minute of the game Axel Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KaoS Futbol Club's Pierluigi Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. KaoS Futbol Club's Pierluigi Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 14th minute of play. Igor Lebas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Igor Lebas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Pierluigi Buffon in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With 71 minutes on the clock, Antonio Indiano commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. KaoS Futbol Club made a substitution. Amancio Semeno replaced Albino Olayo. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. KaoS Futbol Club's Andres Baresi was substituted for León Ponzio. In the 71st minute, one of Colombia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Colombia. In the 74th minute there was a penalty for KaoS Futbol Club. Noel Hargrave stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pedro Manzanares. 3-1. Pierluigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 78th minute of play. Ignacio Mastache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
