Leonardo Da Vinci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Don Lalo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After 11 minutes Peru's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Benas Brazys who took care of the corner kick. Cordario De la Torre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 20th minute of play forced Minuim SS's goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eliseo Mina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Da Vinci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 27th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Minuim SS's zone, Milagros Fraga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Da Vinci came out of the goal and Milagros Fraga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Minuim SS's Leonardo Da Vinci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milagros Fraga in the 28th minute of play. Leonardo Da Vinci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 33rd minute of play forced Minuim SS's goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 35th minute of the game was made by Efraim Gilabert with Milagros Fraga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minuim SS's goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 37th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Peru's Luz Tejedor to fire away a dangerous shot which Leonardo Da Vinci despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Peru's Joaquin Prats quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jeffrey Van Caels, made in the 40th minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Don Lalo to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Don Lalo made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonardo Da Vinci read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 59th minute of play forced Minuim SS's goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Minuim SS's goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Leonardo Da Vinci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 66th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Minuim SS's goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Leonardo Da Vinci in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Minuim SS's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Julian Murillo 77 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Minuim SS's Tor Garantos was substituted for Cordario De la Torre. Minuim SS's Leonardo Da Vinci proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Minuim SS from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 83rd minute of play forced Minuim SS's goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With splendid footwork Julian Murillo arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-3 by the left pole in the game's 83rd minute. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. 88 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonardo Da Vinci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rafael Gallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Leonardo Da Vinci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Gallo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute Tor Garantos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Peru players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
