Pascual Pitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 3rd minute of play. Pascual Pitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Dante Lacasa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gabriel Hauche showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Gil Negri came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dante Lacasa could save by the left post. Pascual Pitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 19th minute of play. With his leg Dante Lacasa managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Maní FC's Gil Negri fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Erling Gentenaar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. 31 minutes into the match, Maní FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Pascual Pitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascual Pitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 33rd minute of play. Maní FC's Pascual Pitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 35th minute of play. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 36th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Dante Lacasa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 55th minute of play forced Maní FC's goalkeeper Pascual Pitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erling Gentenaar in the 58th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luca Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pascual Pitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Pascual Pitin. Maní FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Negri in the 70th minute of play. Pascual Pitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 72nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Gabriel Hauche sped through Mexico's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The supporters of Maní FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Gaona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Hauche in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Mexico booed when Maní FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Hauche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascual Pitin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Alberto Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Maní FC's Alcides Berardo got a free kick in the 94th minute. Pascual Pitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 96th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mexico players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Maní FC.
