Mateusz Hajto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nieciece's Mateusz Hajto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 13th minute of play. Mateusz Hajto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateusz Hajto. Nieciece's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrzej Harbaszewski. Sotiris Bagasakos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateusz Hajto. Mateusz Hajto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 28 minutes into the match, Nieciece's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Mateusz Hajto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Nieciece's Mateusz Hajto. Mateusz Hajto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateusz Hajto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Sotiris Bagasakos sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Nieciece booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

57 minutes into the game, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mateusz Hajto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Nieciece made a substitution. Miromir Kazanowski replaced Cyryl Skonieczny. 69 minutes into the game, Enzo Salvadore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nieciece's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nieciece fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! After 72 minutes Nieciece's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. After 74 minutes, Sotiris Bagasakos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nieciece and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 74 played minutes Nieciece got a freekick which was hit by Sotiris Bagasakos. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Mateusz Hajto threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 83 minutes into the match, Nieciece's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Mateusz Hajto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 88th minute of play forced Nieciece's goalkeeper Mateusz Hajto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Nieciece getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Samuel Wallengren hit a great ball. Nieciece's Barnaba Dziechciowski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Macos Graciani in the 96 minute of the game. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
