Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Teobaldo Osoitz made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Demario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th match minute, Chuscha FC - Ψ - was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Jerrold to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teobaldo Osoitz in the 11th minute. In the 28th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Demario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Cirilo Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. 33 minutes into the match, Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s Teobaldo Osoitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s Teobaldo Osoitz got a free kick in the 34th minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Gamus in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Thomas Avila was slow to take the kick. During this time Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s corner Thomas Avila fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s Cirilo Demario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 42nd minute of play. After having played for 45 minutes, Teobaldo Osoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Osoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teobaldo Osoitz. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s Cirilo Demario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Chuscha FC - Ψ - from getting a goal against them. Cirilo Demario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Osoitz in the 69th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Gamus in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute of the match Chuscha FC - Ψ - got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Thomas Avila ran over to the corner to take the kick. Chuscha FC - Ψ - made a substitution. Adrian Soter replaced Juan Jurdan. Chuscha FC - Ψ - made a substitution. Abelardo Katia replaced Lisandro Jerrold. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Osoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cirilo Demario came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
