Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Valdir Magalhães took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cafu Linares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 17 minutes into the game, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Fernando Pirani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Valdir Magalhães could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Cafu Linares didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 34th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Dênis Prata tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cafu Linares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Cafu Linares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Cafu Linares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cafu Linares having to interfere. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 59th minute, Tomas Illescas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cafu Linares. The goal made the score 2-4. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cafu Linares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 68th minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cafu Linares was a little too slow when Tomas Illescas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 2-6. After 85 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 2-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cafu Linares was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 88 minutes, Jose Correa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the OTTO FC - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Edgard Vasconcelos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Edgard Vasconcelos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cafu Linares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head.
