The audience was convinced that Arrigo Della Torre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eusebio Taurino was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Conrado Enmanuel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Alessandro Miccoli made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Alessandro Miccoli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Arrigo Della Torre, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 92 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Eusebio Taurino was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Carlo Bosso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damiano Nicolini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Taurino having to interfere. Arrigo Della Torres short, quick shot in the 97thth minute got Eusebio Taurino to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Nogolí support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
