In the 5th minute, Alican Deren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ilkadımspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Levent Şahbender showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Barraclough, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The throw-in from Nebi Şendoğan in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Belper Town's Silvester Constable. Glyn Sherwood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alican Deren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Belper Town getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Adrian Barraclough hit a great ball. If Demirhan Savni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Levent Şahbender made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Barraclough in the 29th minute of play. Freddie East struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Levent Şahbender didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belper Town. Belper Town's Glyn Sherwood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alican Deren in the 43rd minute of play. If Freddie East had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddie East to strike the kick off in the second half. ilkadımspor's Alican Deren got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Birol Perver hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Freddie East blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Levent Şahbender having to make a save. Alican Deren had several of the Belper Town's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 61 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Glyn Sherwood as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Adrian Barraclough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Demirhan Savni who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Glyn Sherwood when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Demirhan Savni in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Glyn Sherwood, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Freddie East fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Levent Şahbender having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, ilkadımspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birol Perver to maneuver through the defense. Sol Lodge struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Levent Şahbender didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belper Town. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alican Deren in the 76th minute of play forced Belper Town's goalkeeper Glyn Sherwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glyn Sherwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alican Deren in the 92nd minute of the match.
