Luis Cazalla made in the 6th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lyons's Joshua Arbi. 6 minutes into the match, Lyons's Boleslaw Zielinski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Austin Muller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Boleslaw Zielinski tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Kevin Mastache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Austin Muller came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Lyons fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Austin Muller couldn't finish the play. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boleslaw Zielinski in the 16th minute. Aurelio Vasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boleslaw Zielinski. Pedro Manzanares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boleslaw Zielinski's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Lyons were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcos Berasko took the corner. The corner ended in Marcos Berasko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares did a great save. After having played for 41 minutes, Kevin Mastache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kevin Mastache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Lyons's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Luisito Quinten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Austin Muller in the 44th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Colombia booed when Lyons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Basualdo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luisito Quinten had in the 58thth minute some difficulties stopping Axel Montenegro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Luisito Quinten made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Luisito Quinten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 61st minute of the match. Lyons made a substitution. Dariusz Roano replaced Boleslaw Zielinski. Lyons's Stig Åkerberg was substituted for Aurelio Vasco. In the 64th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Lyons's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. 70 minutes into the game, Dariusz Roano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Austin Muller kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombia's Abram Secada slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luisito Quinten. That made the score 3-1 after 78 minutes of play. Luisito Quinten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the game, Abram Secada recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luisito Quinten. Abram Secada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Luisito Quinten in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Colombia booed when Lyons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. 钱翀挺 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abram Secada had several of the Lyons's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 98 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-3 score and a disappointed Luisito Quinten as he didn't even see the shot coming. The Colombia players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Lyons from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
