Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Frederico Barros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Frederico Barros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Umea Loza in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. When Frederico Barros came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Mariolo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frederico Barros couldn't finish the play. Mariolo's Eufrasio Vall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Mastache in the 14th minute of play. When Frederico Barros came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Mariolo fans jumped to their feet. Frederico Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 28 minutes into the match, Mariolo's Frederico Barros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Frederico Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederico Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariolo's Witold Pietras got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute Frederico Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frederico Barros in the 36th minute. The supporters of Mariolo booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Mastache didn't get a good kick on the ball. Umea Loza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frederico Barros in the 45th minute of the match. Colombia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Frederico Barros scored to the left of an out of position Pedro Manzanares, making the score, 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frederico Barros was the one to do the kick off. Teofilo Froila charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teofilo Froila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 52 played minutes Mariolo got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Froila. Eufrasio Vall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Frederico Barros came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 62nd minute of play forced Mariolo's goalkeeper Eufrasio Vall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eufrasio Vall saved Mariolo from getting behind. In the 67th minute, Benedito Camargo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Eufrasio Vall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Kevin Mastache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederico Barros in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito Camargo in the 78th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eufrasio Vall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eufrasio Vall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Santino Seco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eufrasio Vall. Mariolo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santino Seco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 91st minute, Kevin Mastache fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eufrasio Vall, passed just outside the right post.
