Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Marcus Diniz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Goiás Esporte Clube's Marcus Diniz. But to his dismay, Marcus Diniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Marcus Diniz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In the 10th match minute, Goiás Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Umberto Peres to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Goiás Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Umberto Peres hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Marcus Diniz sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Goiás Esporte Clube's Natanael Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 22nd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 24th minute of play forced Goiás Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Natanael Paraense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Goiás Esporte Clube's Dênis Faria got a free kick in the 27th minute. When Marcus Diniz came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Goiás Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Diniz couldn't finish the play. 33 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Umberto Peres came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 夏天 赵云凡 kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 41 minutes, 夏天 赵云凡 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Goiás Esporte Clube and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Diniz in the 42nd minute of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Oswaldo Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goiás Esporte Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oswaldo Figueiredo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcus Diniz was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Marcus Diniz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 53 minutes of play, Goiás Esporte Clube's Marcus Diniz made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcus Diniz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute of the match Goiás Esporte Clube got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valdir Neves ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Valdir Neves got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Goiás Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Dong Xuan Xi hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Diniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Goiás Esporte Clube's Giovanni da Rocha got a free kick in the 84th minute. Dênis Faria hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute Marcus Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Marcus Diniz notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 95th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Goiás Esporte Clube's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
