Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gabirel Jesus started the match with the kick off. Camilo Franco's late challenge caught a AÇAÍ SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Franco helped the player get up and apologised. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Hermes during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, AÇAÍ SA's Rodrigo Hermes got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 6th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Beldad to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Beldad's late challenge caught a AÇAÍ SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Beldad helped the player get up and apologised. Bruno Beldad kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by AÇAÍ SA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaime Cazalla was slow to take the kick. During this time Uruguay's players had a chance to rest. When Arturo Carvallo fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uruguay's protests and gave Arturo Carvallo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. When Uruguay's Francisco Seco in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AÇAÍ SA's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hendrik-Jan Brugmans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 34th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, AÇAÍ SA's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Hendrik-Jan Brugmans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Ian Souto hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Cazalla in the 42nd minute of play. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. AÇAÍ SA's Hendrik-Jan Brugmans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Jonas Messias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Seco to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Escribano got free with Hendrik-Jan Brugmans in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute, Maximiliano Escribano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 59th minute. Francisco Secos short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Hendrik-Jan Brugmans to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 64 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hendrik-Jan Brugmans made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to AÇAÍ SA getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gabirel Jesus hit a great ball. The throw-in from Arturo Carvallo in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AÇAÍ SA's Dino Siqueira. 85 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Aquiles Papo came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Francisco Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hendrik-Jan Brugmans having to interfere.
