An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 13th minute of play forced ALIDIM FOR EVER's goalkeeper Herminio Gizon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ALIDIM FOR EVER's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herminio Gizon came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 20 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stanko Selimović who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Matias Gelmiro managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 28th minute ALIDIM FOR EVER were awarded a corner. Stanko Selimović went to the cornerflag to take it. Herminio Gizon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Andino scored 1-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herminio Gizon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ALIDIM FOR EVER's Herminio Gizon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of play. After 48 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stanko Selimović who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ecuador's goalie and right to Adan Bartuelo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ecuador's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Epifanio Ferdinand hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herminio Gizon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Matias Gelmiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. After 59 played minutes ALIDIM FOR EVER got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Dimas. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaueko Nanclares, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76thth minute of the game Gaueko Nanclares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 78th minute, Gaueko Nanclares made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 91 minutes into the game, Gaueko Nanclares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gaueko Nanclares struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ALIDIM FOR EVER. The ALIDIM FOR EVER support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
