Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Roneixon Siqueira started the match with the kick off. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonçalo de Medeiros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gonçalo de Medeiros. Espigão Steamrollers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gonçalo de Medeiros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Mariano Lacasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gonçalo de Medeiros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 15 minutes into the match, Roneixon Siqueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roneixon Siqueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 19thth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Espigão Steamrollers's Gonçalo de Medeiros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gonçalo de Medeiros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roneixon Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Roneixon Siqueira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thiago Pliego having to make a save. 36 minutes into the match, Espigão Steamrollers's Roneixon Siqueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 37 minutes, Kara Bhattacharya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Espigão Steamrollers and the Chile players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kara Bhattacharya kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gonçalo de Medeiros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Espigão Steamrollers booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Garrido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Espigão Steamrollers's Kara Bhattacharya got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The referee ordered Kara Bhattacharya off the ground. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of Espigão Steamrollers:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chile:s goal. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Chile. Mariano Lacasa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gonçalo de Medeiros. 2-3. After the first half Chile were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. In the 67th minute, Orlando Casaus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Espigão Steamrollers's Gonçalo de Medeiros got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Espigão Steamrollers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oswaldo Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. Espigão Steamrollers's Yuri Paranaense was substituted for Roneixon Siqueira. In the 76th minute Felix Garrido managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. 78 minutes into the game, Otto Sudaryanto threw the ball into play from the sideline. Chile's Felix Garrido quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 80 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonçalo de Medeiros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Orlando Casaus kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Paranaense in the 83rd minute of play. Yuri Paranaense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Gonçalo de Medeiros made a huge save. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 91st minute Espigão Steamrollers were awarded a corner. Oswaldo Nascimento went to the cornerflag to take it. If Yuri Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yuri Paranaense in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. When the match was over Chile could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Espigão Steamrollers throughout the match.
