In the 5th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Maciel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Dickens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Dickens in the 18th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sten Lindell went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Romeo Dickens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Dickens in the 27th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romeo Dickens. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeo Dickens got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sten Lindell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Sten Lindell sent off a good shot on target.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Dickens in the 57th minute of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Dickens in the 58th minute of play. Sten Lindell scored 3-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Bob Bright had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Dickens came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilian Onișoru made in the 74th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dusty Amireau. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Dickens in the 85th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Dickens, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 89 minutes in the game Emilian Onișoru did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Dusty Amireau. 92 minutes into the match, Romeo Dickens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romeo Dickens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. CLAYMORE COUNTRY's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
