Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 9 minutes into the match, Pegaso's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Noboa came free, but Silvestre Toribio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Axel Tasis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvestre Toribio was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Silvestre Toribio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Noboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Pegaso's zone, Eliseo Noboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Toribio came out of the goal and Eliseo Noboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lautaro Puig's late challenge caught a Pegaso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lautaro Puig helped the player get up and apologised. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Cebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pegaso's zone, Eliseo Noboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Toribio came out of the goal and Eliseo Noboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the game, Angelino Cebo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rd play minute Teo Phelipe came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Benito Sanz. 2-0. In the 35th minute, Axel Tasis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Pegaso's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Silvestre Toribio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The wind increased when Teo Phelipe made the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Puig. When Pegaso's Fermin Deunoro in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Siro Ongile during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Pegaso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Ongile didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Toribio having to interfere. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Deunoro in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Pegaso's Fermin Deunoro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. When Axel Tasis came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Tasis couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Eliseo Noboa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Noboa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvestre Toribio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the game, Lautaro Puig cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Silvestre Toribio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 minutes of play, Pegaso's Rodrigo Cordario made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 101st minute Eliseo Noboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Toribio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pegaso's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
