In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 13 minutes in the game 袁强常 did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to 任超烽. Valentin Szigeti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Ferrant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes in the game Joshua Miralles did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Mario Fernandino. In the 23rd minute 任超烽 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes in the game 尹常青 did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to 洪洲斌. 2-0 became the score in the 31st minute when Francisco Jakobe elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 35 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Ferrant. In the 40th minute Alfredo Ferrant shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Szigeti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Ferrant took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valentin Szigeti. Valentin Szigeti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 尹常青 charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 尹常青 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 44 played minutes Hansa Rostock got a freekick which was hit by 尹常青. Bolivia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Francisco Jakobe 46 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

尹常青 was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. If 任超烽 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Jakobe in the 63rd minute of play. In the 71st minute, 任超烽 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hansa Rostock fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Valentin Szigeti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camilo Freixa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Jakobe's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 任超烽's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Freixa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. After 91 minutes of play, Hansa Rostock's Francisco Jakobe made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Freixa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Jakobe in the 96th minute of play. Julio Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Hansa Rostock were the better team. Hansa Rostock's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
