Centinela Español FC's Jorge Vicente Albonico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 13th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Nabi Şimşektürk during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Centinela Español FC's Ali Nabi Şimşektürk got a free kick in the 21st minute. Andreas Olsson kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Vicente Albonico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Vicente Albonico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 31st minute of the match. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Vicente Albonico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 38th minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Centinela Español FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Jorge Vicente Albonico despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Centinela Español FC's Jorge Vicente Albonico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Jorge Vicente Albonico made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Jorge Vicente Albonico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 59th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes Centinela Español FC got a freekick which was hit by Zelipe Hidalgo. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Centinela Español FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszek Gotfryd didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Vicente Albonico made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Centinela Español FC made a substitution. Jonatán Adaos replaced Zbyszek Gotfryd. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Centinela Español FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Centinela Español FC's Jorge Vicente Albonico managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Centinela Español FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zelipe Hidalgo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Vicente Albonico. Centinela Español FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 89 minutes, Juan Sebastián Puig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the Centinela Español FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sebastián Puig to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute of the match Marcel Warner sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera skillfully saved the ball. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Vicente Albonico having to interfere. In the 95th minute of the match, Cristian Sancho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jorge Vicente Albonico was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Centinela Español FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Salvador Ramos hit a great ball. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Centinela Español FC.
