Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Markus Svensson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonardo Trancoso got free with Carsten Eckstein in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 4 minutes into the match, Real Södertälje's goalkeeper Carsten Eckstein had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Trancoso. Markus Svensson might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcus Ekrot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Markus Svensson ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th match minute, Real Södertälje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Cerezo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 13 minutes, Markus Svensson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Södertälje's supporters crossed their fingers, but Markus Svensson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Markus Svensson in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcus Ekrot saved Vykans Vikingar from getting behind. A collision led to Vykans Vikingar getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Börje Stål hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Markus Svensson came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Markus Svensson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcus Ekrot having to make a save. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Markus Svensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute Markus Svensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Real Södertälje's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Trancoso came free, but Carsten Eckstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 minutes of play, Real Södertälje's Markus Svensson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcus Ekrot was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Leonardo Trancoso took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Carsten Eckstein to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Markus Svensson in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcus Ekrot saved Vykans Vikingar from getting behind. If Markus Svensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Södertälje's Carsten Eckstein played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Berart in the 37th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eric Van Lint made a kick off. Carsten Eckstein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Mutumba, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute Leonardo Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carsten Eckstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Markus Svensson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Marcus Ekrot made a huge save. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Markus Svensson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcus Ekrot came out and tried to block the shot, but Markus Svensson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 61st minute. Real Södertälje's Birger Hedberg was substituted for Jakob Källberg. Real Södertälje's Rikard Wolff was substituted for Urki Regalado. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Abdi Revis replaced Eric Van Lint. Carsten Eckstein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Trancoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikard Wolff in the 72nd minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute of the match Real Södertälje got a corner. Vykans Vikingar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Reynaldo Cerezo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Real Södertälje's Ralf Björk was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcus Ekrot in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Rikard Wolff's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus Ekrot was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Nils-Åke Wickander who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Marcus Ekrot when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Carsten Eckstein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdi Revis in the 83rd minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Real Södertälje's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Mutumba came free, but Carsten Eckstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 94 minutes of play, Real Södertälje's Nils-Åke Wickander made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcus Ekrot was left in no man's land by his defense there!
