Harsh Gods's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roberto Carlos in the 12th minute. The corner ended in Roberto Carlos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Infidels F.C's Irakliy Ozhogin did a great save. Infidels F.C's Irakliy Ozhogin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jogaila Makauskas in the 13th minute of play. Harsh Gods's Tomas Lain got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Tomas Lain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Irakliy Ozhogin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Irakliy Ozhogin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Lain in the 23rd minute. Tomas Lain might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Irakliy Ozhogin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Lain ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Lain got free with Irakliy Ozhogin in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Tomas Lain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harsh Gods's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Lain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Irakliy Ozhogin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Lain might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Irakliy Ozhogin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Lain ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the match, Infidels F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Jogaila Makauskas came free, but Irakliy Ozhogin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Bufi in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gersi Snabe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Lain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Lain got free with Irakliy Ozhogin in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Infidels F.C's Irakliy Ozhogin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Infidels F.C from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Infidels F.C's zone, Tomas Lain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Irakliy Ozhogin came out of the goal and Tomas Lain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gersi Snabe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 狄星伟 went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 48 minutes, Tomas Lain made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Infidels F.C's Irakliy Ozhogin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Lain was the one to do the kick off. 狄星伟 kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After 53 played minutes, Harsh Gods's Roberto Carlos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Irakliy Ozhogin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Harsh Gods reached it. Infidels F.C's Irakliy Ozhogin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Lain in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Infidels F.C's George Söderström got a free kick in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Lain in the 66th minute of play forced Infidels F.C's goalkeeper Irakliy Ozhogin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harsh Gods's Jokūbas Miškūnas was substituted for Gabriele Meilutyte. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Tomas Lain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harsh Gods's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Lain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Irakliy Ozhogin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Harsh Gods's Gersi Snabe got control of the ball when Joel Bufi tried to sneak it across the goal line. At last the ball reached Jogaila Makauskas at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Infidels F.C. 2-1. Jogaila Makauskas took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Irakliy Ozhogin. Irakliy Ozhogin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Harsh Gods had won after a very even match.
