STAL ST WOLA were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Gonzo Style f.c's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Michel Batistuta took the corner. 11 minutes into the match, Michel Batistuta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arrigo Capone. Gonzo Style f.c's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michel Batistuta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michel Batistuta in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arrigo Capone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arrigo Capone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Batistuta in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Michel Batistuta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd match minute, Gonzo Style f.c was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Pagliarini to maneuver through the defense. After 24 played minutes, STAL ST WOLA's Michel Batistuta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arrigo Capone came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in STAL ST WOLA reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Bielejewski in the 28th minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Arrigo Capone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michel Batistuta in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arrigo Capone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gonzo Style f.c's Arrigo Capone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Batistuta in the 31st minute of play. Arrigo Capone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michel Batistuta's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Gonzo Style f.c's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Michel Batistuta ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Gustaw Bendyk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gonzo Style f.c's Arrigo Capone did a great save. Dennis Pagliarini charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dennis Pagliarini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gonzo Style f.c getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Dennis Pagliarini hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in STAL ST WOLA's zone, Augusto Vieri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Matai came out of the goal and Augusto Vieri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Boleslaw Nakoneczny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roman Matai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Tassotti in the 44th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michel Batistuta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arrigo Capone made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Michel Batistuta sent off a good shot on target. Bruno Antico charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Antico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gonzo Style f.c getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Bruno Antico hit a great ball. Dennis Pagliarini lost his temper 56 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 56th minute, one of Gonzo Style f.c:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gonzo Style f.c. Arrigo Capone came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by STAL ST WOLA's Michel Batistuta. But to his dismay, Michel Batistuta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Michel Batistuta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikolaj Lech recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Michel Batistuta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arrigo Capone was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Michel Batistuta sped through Gonzo Style f.c's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arrigo Capone. STAL ST WOLA's Michel Batistuta got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Arrigo Capone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michel Batistuta. After 74 played minutes Gonzo Style f.c got a freekick which was hit by Davide Zisser. In the 75th minute, Mikolaj Lech made a precise shot to the right of Arrigo Capone. Gonzo Style f.c's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michel Batistuta in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arrigo Capone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustaw Bendyk during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Gonzo Style f.c booed when STAL ST WOLA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaw Bendyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. STAL ST WOLA's Patryk Glogowski was substituted for Michel Batistuta. Arrigo Capone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zygmunt Bielejewski in the 89th minute of play. Arrigo Capone was a little too slow when Zygmunt Bielejewski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 0-6. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patryk Glogowski in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arrigo Capone saved Gonzo Style f.c from getting behind. The Gonzo Style f.c fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. STAL ST WOLA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
