The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roman Matai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislav Lichnovský, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. The supporters of FC NESYT SEDLEC booed when STAL ST WOLA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zygmunt Bielejewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michel Batistuta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Zídek having to interfere. Roman Matai stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vojtěch Šlajs's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Roman Matai successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Boleslaw Nakoneczny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaw Bendyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jiří Krajník struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Roman Matai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC NESYT SEDLEC. After a rather tough play, FC NESYT SEDLEC's Liboslav Trunec got a free kick in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Zygmunt Bielejewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dominik Zídek. FC NESYT SEDLEC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zygmunt Bielejewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dominik Zídek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Zygmunt Bielejewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, STAL ST WOLA's Dominik Zídek threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zygmunt Bielejewski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With his leg Dominik Zídek managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when STAL ST WOLA's Michel Batistuta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind STAL ST WOLA's goalkeeper Roman Matai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Michel Batistuta did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Dominik Zídek 72 minutes into the match. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Matai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stanislav Lichnovský sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The STAL ST WOLA players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
