VN SOKOLI-VARNA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rostislav Sitarski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rostislav Sitarski in the 16th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eloi Ocomardia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Pedro Manzanares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Qiao Qing Ying took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Lilko Timov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Lilko Timov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 44th minute of play. Marian Todorov came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pedro Manzanares could save by the left post. The referee showed Celil Zabit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 48 minutes into the game, one of VN SOKOLI-VARNA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rostislav Sitarski made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Santino Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 59 minutes into the match, Eloi Ocomardia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eloi Ocomardia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Todorov in the 63rd minute of play. VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Celil Zabit got his second yellow card of the match in the 67th minute. The referee ordered Celil Zabit off the ground. In the 67th minute, Celil Zabit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rostislav Sitarski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. In the 73rdth minute of the game Rostislav Sitarski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 75th minute, Rostislav Sitarski made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Lilko Timov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Secada, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 84 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Santino Seco. 85 minutes into the game, Rostislav Sitarski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lilko Timov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pascual Carballar in the 90th minute. With a little luck, VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Lilko Timov got control of the ball when Ignacio Mastache tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abram Secada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The VN SOKOLI-VARNA players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
