Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andres Erramun in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Erramun came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Felix Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Julio Vera was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Luciano Gutxi. In the 32nd minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Andres Erramun. AKDmicos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Andres Erramun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of the match. Andres Erramun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 41st minute of play. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Erramun having to interfere. A collision led to AKDmicos FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Gaudencio Tano hit a great ball. In the 48th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Daniel Zorita hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Narciso Azubeli was the one to do the kick off. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Azubeli, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Andres Erramun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Andres Erramun, 0-5. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Andres Erramun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Cristian Sancho fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. AKDmicos FC's Eustaquio Chepe was substituted for Narciso Azubeli. AKDmicos FC made a substitution. Mateo Paio replaced Nunez Furtado. Andres Erramun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 72nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andres Erramun. That made the score 0-6 after 72 minutes of play. After 74 minutes, Eustaquio Chepe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AKDmicos FC and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, AKDmicos FC's Eustaquio Chepe got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute Eustaquio Chepe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of AKDmicos FC's Andres Erramun. Andres Erramun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of AKDmicos FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eustaquio Chepe struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AKDmicos FC. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Chepe in the 91st minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Chepe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eustaquio Chepe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Andres Erramun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
