Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. Felix Montenegro hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fokke Bergman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fokke Bergman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Winthont FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Fokke Bergman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Fokke Bergman on his right side and into the goal. 13 minutes into the game it was 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Winthont FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Fokke Bergman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Fokke Bergman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Winthont FC defense, Felix Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fokke Bergman. The Winthont FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fokke Bergman should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Luis Andino hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Fokke Bergman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eelco Neijsen in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Fokke Bergman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eelco Neijsen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fokke Bergman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fokke Bergman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 56th minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 67 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eelco Neijsen who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Winthont FC's Kurt Neijsen got a free kick in the 71st minute. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Fokke Bergman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fokke Bergman was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Fokke Bergman in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho was extremely unlucky when he, in the 78th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 81st minute Eelco Neijsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The audience was convinced that Eelco Neijsen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Winthont FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eelco Neijsen in the 90th minute. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
