Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Šair Lupin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 7th minute of play forced Laurita FC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Kinsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnulfo Kinsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Šair Lupin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Peru's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Csaba Szénási was slow to take the kick. During this time Laurita FC's players had a chance to rest. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Bernardino Ofelio advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-0 in the 20th minute. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Gustavo-Hernán Díaz made a throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Šair Lupin, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Ofelio in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Luz Tejedor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Luz Tejedor hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Šair Lupin, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Anthony Alvarado hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Gustavo-Hernán Díaz in the 65th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 69th minute of play forced Laurita FC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Kinsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 minutes of play, Peru's Eliseo Mina made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnulfo Kinsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emmanuel Reyes made a great header on Peru's corner, it was just that Laurita FC's Arnulfo Kinsen managed to reach the ball for a save. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Alberto Kempes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Laurita FC's Arnulfo Kinsen got control of the ball when Rafael Gallo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
